Germany's OASIS player exclusion system will have limited availability on 20 October because of planned maintenance work on the OASIS infrastructure, the OASIS team at the Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt and the Hessischer Münzautomatenverband (HMV) said. During the maintenance window between 7am and 8am, the OASIS service is expected to be reachable only with restrictions for a few minutes, according to the notice.
The central OASIS hotline remains available on 06652 1872212 and by email, the notice said. The RP Darmstadt, which is responsible for OASIS, publishes monthly statistics on the exclusion system on its website.
In September 2026, 391,525 exclusions in total were recorded in the OASIS player exclusion system, according to the monthly statistics. The October figures also show the number of 24-hour exclusions, monthly queries, the total number of queries, the duration of registered exclusions and self-exclusions in relation to third-party exclusions, as well as registrations and deregistrations of premises, the distribution by premises type and premises by federal state.
