Northern Ireland minister schedules gambling law review for 2027

Regulation

Northern Ireland Communities Minister Gordon Lyons said a review of the Betting, Gaming, Lotteries and Amusements (Amendment) Act 2022 will be published in 2027. Lyons said officials will continue gathering evidence on existing statutory protections.

The review may inform future gambling policy, while additional legislation is left to a future minister.
