New York senator proposes online casino legalisation in S2614
New York state senator Joseph Addabbo introduced S2614, a bill proposing online casino gaming for existing commercial and tribal casinos and licensed sportsbooks. The proposal sets a 30.5% tax rate and licence fees of $2 million for each igaming licence and $10 million for independent platform providers; it has not been enacted.
