Nevada’s gaming regulator says promotional payouts of $500 or more that are not deducted from gross gaming revenue require documentation under the applicable MICS. The guidance says the same threshold applies to personal property, valued at the licensee’s acquisition cost, and that required signatures must be obtained at payment.
Operators must document qualifying promotional payouts and value distributed personal property at their cost.
