Nevada judge signals possible reversal of Kalshi injunction

US District Court of Nevada Judge Andrew Gordon said he was leaning towards reversing the preliminary injunction that had protected Kalshi from Nevada gambling-law enforcement. Gordon reserved judgment after a hearing and expects to issue a written ruling within two weeks. Kalshi said it would continue operating while complying with federal law; the company sued Nevada regulators after receiving a cease-and-desist letter over unlicensed gambling.
