Nederlandse Loterij completes full acquisition of Lotify in the Netherlands
Nederlandse Loterij has completed its acquisition of the remaining stake in Lotify, taking full ownership of the Dutch fundraising lottery and competition platform. The lottery operator had acquired a majority stake in 2021; financial terms of the latest deal were not disclosed. Nederlandse Loterij said the acquisition would strengthen its position in the charity lottery market.
The deal gives Nederlandse Loterij full ownership of a platform serving fundraising lotteries and competitions in the Netherlands.
