Necochea municipality awards casino complex auditorium to A Toda Vela Mar

The Municipality of Necochea awarded the Teatro Auditórium, part of the Complejo Casino, to A Toda Vela Mar S.A. at a public auction in Argentina on 26 October 2026. The company was the sole bidder and paid the base price of AR$383,819,190, reported as about US$250,000; it had bought the complex’s main building in June for AR$4,878m (US$3.3m). Company representative Óscar Merlo said the company would assess the auditorium’s condition before deciding on staged work.
