Murcia’s legal council backs bingo reform while flagging impact and access-control gaps
The Legal Council of the Region of Murcia endorsed the regional government’s draft bingo decree, while identifying shortcomings in its regulatory impact assessment and access-control provisions. It said the assessment of effects on young people and families was inadequate and that the decree should explain how it will prevent people on exclusion registers from entering venues.
The findings could prompt changes to the decree’s social-impact assessment and controls on entry to bingo venues.
