Mississippi House prepares another online sports betting bill

Regulation

Mississippi House Gaming Committee chair Casey Eure is preparing a third bill to legalise online sports betting, reportedly. The proposal is expected to build on the House-approved 2025 framework, including casino partnerships with up to two online platforms, a credit-card funding ban and revenue directed to the state pension system. Senate Gaming Committee chair David Blount remains opposed.

A new bill could change online sportsbook access and revenue rules in Mississippi if it advances through the legislature.
