MINCETUR sets automatic authorisation process for remote sports betting venues

Peru’s MINCETUR describes an automatic procedure to authorise or amend remote sports betting gaming rooms. Applicants must provide venue, platform and equipment details, including a declaration on minimum-distance rules; a qualifying filing generates confirmation identifying the authorised venue, and the authorisation has no renewal requirement.
Operators can establish or change an authorised venue through an automatic process, subject to the location and equipment requirements.
