MINCETUR allows automatic changes to remote gaming platform authorisations

Peru’s MINCETUR sets out an automatic procedure for modifying authorisations covering remote gaming and sports betting platforms. Subject to the requirements, a filing can add, remove or replace games, live casino formats or progressive systems, and the submission confirmation records the approved change.
Authorised platform holders can adjust their approved games and systems through an automatic process if they meet the filing requirements.
