MGM Resorts International said it and Tao Group Hospitality mutually agreed to close Jewel Nightclub at Aria on 21 November 2026. The club opened in May 2016, and MGM said it has no immediate plans for the 24,000-square-foot space.
The closure removes a nightclub operated by Tao Group Hospitality in partnership with MGM Resorts International from the Las Vegas market.

The charges include running a gaming establishment without a license, taking compensation for accepting wagers unlawfully, attempted money laundering, and accepting unlawful wagers. Roberts rejects the claim that he ran an illegal sportsbook, saying he is a gambler, not a bookmaker.
