MGA consults on proposed changes to Recognition Notice framework

The Malta Gaming Authority has opened a targeted consultation on proposed changes to its Recognition Notice framework. The proposals follow an internal review and align with Malta’s National Risk Assessment and National AML/CFT Strategy 2024–2026; they would strengthen checks at authorisation and introduce more structured ongoing monitoring.
