Melilla official presents online gambling sector at ICE Barcelona
Melilla’s director general of Technological Innovation, Jesús Martínez, took part in an international panel on sustainable gambling at ICE Barcelona, according to the city government. Martínez said online gambling had contributed to the city’s economic and technological development and argued that regulation should protect against risks without restricting technological development.
