Maybank cuts DigiPlus revenue forecasts by 12% for 2026 and 18% for 2027

Deals & M&A

Maybank Securities cut its DigiPlus revenue forecasts by 12% for 2026 and 18% for 2027, citing expectations of fewer monthly active users as the company shifts towards monetising existing customers. The brokerage expects margins to improve, partly following a commercial agreement with International Entertainment that Maybank said allows DigiPlus to apply a lower tax rate to integrated casinos. Maybank also said its forecasts exclude potential contributions from DigiPlus operations in South Africa and Brazil.

Lower revenue forecasts alongside expected margin gains shape investor assessments of DigiPlus’s outlook.
