Lottoitalia limits cancellations of four Italian lottery games to five minutes
Lottoitalia made a five-minute cancellation limit operational for Lotto, 10eLotto, MillionDay and FAI3 FAI4 from 15 June, the Federazione Italiana Tabaccai said. The period runs from receipt issuance; instant-win plays cannot be cancelled, and cancellations must also take place before sales close for the relevant draw.
Retailers handling these games must apply the shorter cancellation window and its stated exceptions.
