Lotteritilsynet grants lottery licences to Pantelotteriet and Postkodelotteriet through 2035

Norway’s Lotteritilsynet granted new licences to the Pantelotteriet and Postkodelotteriet concepts, effective from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2035. Norges Røde Kors is the beneficiary organisation for Pantelotteriet, while 23 organisations will receive at least half of Postkodelotteriet’s turnover after prizes are deducted; the concepts may each sell up to NOK425m annually, subject to annual adjustment.
The decisions set the authorised operators, beneficiaries and annual sales ceiling for two large lottery concepts in Norway.
