Las Vegas Sands reports lower Q2 revenue and earnings on weak VIP hold

Results

Las Vegas Sands reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $3.15 billion, down from $3.18 billion a year earlier, and net income of $373 million, compared with $519 million. The company attributed the results partly to weak VIP gaming hold in Macao and reduced high-value customer travel during the World Cup; its board also authorised a $6.0 billion share repurchase amount through 21 July 2029.

Lower revenue and income, attributed partly to weak Macao VIP hold and reduced travel, inform investor assessment of performance.
