La Seu d’Urgell extends gaming hall licence suspension to September 2027

Regulation

La Seu d’Urgell’s municipal council agreed to extend the suspension of building and activity licences for recreational gaming halls across the municipality, according to the report. The suspension remains in force until 13 September 2027 unless the special urban plan takes effect earlier. The plan is in a one-month public consultation before provisional municipal approval and final approval by the Alt Pirineu Territorial Urban Planning Commission.

The suspension blocks new recreational gaming hall licences while the municipality develops specific planning rules.
