La Pampa FIA orders disclosure of Casino Club online betting contract
La Pampa’s Administrative Investigations Prosecutor’s Office (FIA) formally ordered provincial authorities and DAFAS to disclose the online betting concession contract with Casino Club, after a request by Julián Angelucci. The provincial government had previously refused, citing commercial interests; the FIA’s order followed Angelucci’s challenge. Official figures cited in the report put Casino Club’s April wagers at ARS 4.2 billion.
Disclosure could give operators and regulators access to contract terms and information on financial oversight and responsible-gambling obligations.
