KVA warns that illegal gambling sites influence Google search suggestions
The Keurmerk Verantwoorde Affiliates (KVA) warned that illegal gambling businesses are trying to influence Google’s search suggestions, according to its LinkedIn post. The organisation said its checks found suggestions linking popular gambling searches to domains advertising casinos without a valid Dutch licence, including prompts referring to play without Cruks.
The reported suggestions may direct Dutch consumers towards gambling sites without a valid local licence.
