KSA warns TOTO Online over football-club campaign violating testimonial ban
The Netherlands' gambling authority, the KSA, reprimanded TOTO Online over a promotion run through the social media channels of eight professional football clubs. Participants could enter a draw for a signed shirt by placing a bet of at least €5; the KSA said the use of players' signatures indirectly used professional sports figures to promote online gambling.
