KSA says it will act over Holland Casino Eindhoven entry checks

Enforcement & compliance

The Netherlands Gambling Authority said it would take action against Holland Casino’s Eindhoven venue and two gaming halls after they admitted a reporter registered with Cruks using another person’s driving licence. Holland Casino said its staff reviewed an older ID photograph but should still have refused entry; an internal review found employees had not fully followed procedure. The operator said staff had been reminded of the entry rules.

The incident shows that reviewing an older ID photograph may not satisfy entry procedures or Cruks controls.
