KSA restricts Dutch sports betting to markets tied to official events

Regulation

The Kansspelautoriteit told licensed sports betting companies that their authorisations cover bets on the outcome or events within official organised sports, according to the report. It said markets on awards, politics and player transfers fall outside that scope, and operators remain responsible for removing unauthorised offers, including those supplied through third parties.

Dutch operators must review sportsbook markets, including products supplied through external platforms and data feeds.
