Research conducted for the OpenOverGokken platform examined gambling attitudes and behaviour among 1,000 people in the Netherlands, the KSA said. KSA chair Michel Groothuizen said stigma can make problems harder to recognise and discuss.

The findings inform the KSA’s work on public information and support for people experiencing gambling problems.
