KSA orders Unibet to improve anti-money-laundering controls in the Netherlands
The Netherlands Gambling Authority (KSA) ordered Optdeck Service Limited, which operates as Unibet, to improve its anti-money-laundering measures after finding breaches of national law. The KSA cited gaps between transaction monitoring and the operator’s stated policies, and said Unibet had made changes during the investigation; it will check the remediation work.
KSA’s findings and follow-up require Unibet to address AML gaps in transaction monitoring and stated policies.
