KSA chair links Dutch gambling market stagnation to restrictions
KSA chair Michel Groothuizen attributed weak Dutch gambling-market performance to deposit limits, tax increases and activity shifting to the black market, according to the report. Gross gaming revenue rose 0.3% to €602m in the second half of 2025 but was 18% below the 2024 comparison.
The figures and KSA chair’s comments may inform operators’ assessment of Dutch market conditions and regulatory constraints.
