KSA addresses JOI Gaming over PDC link to JACKS.nl
The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) addressed JOI Gaming over a link from the Professional Darts Corporation website to online casino JACKS.nl in the Netherlands. The KSA said the licensee is responsible for possible advertising breaches by partners; JOI Gaming said the link was a technical error and was removed after the regulator raised it.
The case puts licensed operators on notice that partner websites can create responsibility for prohibited gambling advertising.
