Konami Gaming said it was selected to provide its SYNKROS casino management system to Happy Valley Casino in Pennsylvania. The casino, developed and managed by SC Gaming and Saratoga Casino Holdings, is due to open early next year with 600 slot machines and 30 live table games.
The selection establishes Konami as the systems supplier for a new Pennsylvania casino.

Konami reported gaming and systems revenue of JPY43.08 billion for the year ended 31 March 2026, up 1.0% year on year. Operating profit fell 50.4% to JPY3.65 billion; the company projected revenue of JPY46.0 billion and operating profit of JPY6.5 billion for the year ending 31 March 2027.
SC Gaming and Saratoga Casino Holdings completed their framework agreement, making Saratoga the majority owner of the planned Happy Valley Casino in State College, Pennsylvania. The companies will jointly develop and manage the project; its targeted April opening remains subject to required approvals from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Nevada's Gaming Control Board unanimously approved Konami Gaming's 10th shelf registration renewal, allowing the company to retain the option of continuous or delayed public offerings under Regulation 16115. Konami president and chief operating officer Thomas Jingoli told the board the company had not used previous registrations and described Nevada as a highly competitive gaming market.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported total gaming revenue of $569,738,545 in August 2026, down 2.16% from August 2025. Online casino revenue rose 6.25% year on year to $245,699,011, while sports wagering taxable revenue fell 19.92% to $39,361,628.
It was reported that Happy Valley Casino in Pennsylvania appointed Peter Longi general manager. Longi will oversee property operations and brings more than 30 years of casino experience.
