Konami Gaming said it has installed its SYNKROS casino management system across Carnival Cruise Line’s 29 ships. Carnival Corporation plans to extend the system across its wider cruise-line portfolio, which includes AIDA Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.
The installation establishes a system deployment across Carnival Cruise Line and signals planned expansion to other Carnival brands.

Konami Gaming said it submitted applications to Japan’s Casino Regulatory Commission across all applicable manufacturer licence categories. The company said it was the first gaming equipment manufacturer to file across those categories; its applications precede the planned 2030 opening of MGM Osaka.
France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. Wynn Resorts expects its Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah to open in September 2027, according to chief executive Craig Billings. The company expects to decide around February 2027 how the resort will launch; handovers to its operations team are due to begin in early 2027, with full control expected in late July.

DraftKings lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.35 billion-$6.55 billion, from $6.5 billion-$6.9 billion previously, and reported a third-quarter adjusted EBITDA loss of $317 million. The company said more than 1.6 million customers had used its predictions offering year-to-date and expected 2026 predictions investment of at least $650 million; its shares fell about 22% in Thursday after-hours trading after the results.
