Regulation

Kentucky slot parlors generated $82 million in January, with statewide revenue up 17.1% year on year, according to a report citing J.P. Morgan data. Churchill Downs generated $47.5 million from historical-racing machines, a 20.1% increase; excluding its Owensboro facility, the statewide revenue increase was 11.1%.
