Kalshi reportedly raised $1bn in a funding round that valued the prediction market at $11bn, according to an unnamed insider cited in the report. Sequoia and CapitalG organised the round, and several previous investors also participated, the report said.
The reported funding round and valuation offer investors an indication of Kalshi’s financing scale.

Polymarket is reportedly seeking to raise about $400m at a potential $15bn valuation. The report also says weekly trading volume has exceeded $1bn and that Intercontinental Exchange has invested in the platform and plans to offer its data to investors.

Kalshi will join the council as a Platinum-level member and enter its Leadership Circle.
