Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission updates community decision-making flowcharts

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Commission (KLC) has updated the Community Decision Making and Review Process (CDMRP) flowcharts for Type I laws and Type II laws, the commission said in a notice dated 19 October 2026. The KLC said the revisions were minor and clerical, concerning various acronyms, and that the documents carry a new website name.

The documents were approved under KLC Record of Decision #3/2026-2027, according to the notice.

The flowcharts are to be available at the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke Open House community day on 21 October 2026, the KLC said. The commission said the documents would also be uploaded to the KLC/KLS website in the coming days.
