J.P. Morgan data indicates 4.5% February revenue growth at regional casinos
J.P. Morgan analyst Daniel Politzer's data from 17 US casino properties showed February foot traffic rising 1.1%, implying a 4.5% revenue increase, according to the report. The calendar had the same number of weekend days as February 2025, while adverse weather may have limited the traffic gain. The report also said gross gambling revenue rose 4.3% in January after being nearly flat in December 2025.
The figures offer investors and operators an indication of recent regional casino demand and revenue trends.
