ITL appoints Automated Transactions Colombia as authorised service centre

Innovative Technology (ITL) appointed Automated Transactions Colombia as its authorised service centre in Colombia, the company said. The Bogotá-based company can now provide maintenance, repairs and technical support for ITL products; both companies also aim to promote the NV200 Spectral among Colombian casinos this year.

The appointment gives Colombian casinos a named local provider for ITL product maintenance, repairs and technical support.

France's competition authority approves Banijay's Joa acquisition without conditions

France's competition authority has approved Banijay's planned acquisition of casino operator Joa without conditions. The review, the authority's first of a gambling transaction spanning online and land-based operations, focused mainly on poker and concluded that the deal was unlikely to restrict competition. The authority said its assessment did not account for possible future legalisation of online casino games.
