Catalonia appoints Maria Eloisa Gotor to lead gambling control service
Catalonia’s Directorate General of Taxes and Gambling appointed Maria Eloisa Gotor Rodríguez as head of its Gambling and Betting Control Service. The resolution, signed on 9 September 2026, also named Àlex Nistal Vázquez responsible for tax reports; interested parties may seek administrative reconsideration within one month of publication or pursue a court appeal within two months.
The appointment places a new official in charge of Catalonia’s gambling and betting control service.
