Ireland restricts gambling adverts for prizes above €10,000 to after 21:00

Regulation

Ireland’s Parliament approved a law restricting television, radio and on-demand audiovisual advertising for gambling activities offering prizes above €10,000 to after 21:00. Operators and lottery organisers must account for new advertising hours and authorisation thresholds when planning promotions.
