Indian Gaming Association raises prediction-market concerns at Tribal Leaders Summit
Indian Gaming Association chairman David Z. Bean raised concerns about federally regulated prediction markets and the CFTC’s role at the 2026 Tribal Leaders Summit in Arizona. The association said its advocacy with tribal and industry partners aims to protect tribal government gaming and the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act framework. It said the issue will also feature at its Summer Legislative Summit scheduled for 14 July.
The association’s advocacy addresses potential effects of federal prediction-market oversight on tribal gaming authority.
