India blocks Polymarket access under online money gaming law
India's authorities have restricted access to Polymarket, reportedly under the country's prohibition on online money gaming. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology issued an advisory on 25 April to VPN providers and directed internet service providers to block prediction market websites; Kalshi may also face a blocking order, reportedly.
