IGT announced that Andy Hendrickson would expand his role to become chief product and technology officer, subject to required regulatory approvals. He had served as the company’s chief technology officer since joining the combined IGT and Everi business in 2025.
The appointment remains conditional on regulatory approvals, which determine when Hendrickson can take up the expanded role.

IGT announced Jamie Knight’s appointment to lead its combined studio organisation with Everi from 1 January 2027. Jean Venneman will retire on 31 December 2026; IGT said the division oversees game design, content development and studio operations.

IGT said Adam Chibib will become its chief financial officer on 1 November, subject to regulatory approvals. He will succeed Fabio Celadon, who leaves the CFO role on 31 October and will remain with the company through year-end to support the transition.
Brightstar Lottery said Renato Ascoli will step down as Global Lottery CEO on 30 June 2026, and Marco Tasso will become executive vice-president and chief operating officer for Global Lottery on 1 July. Tasso will oversee global lottery operations and report to Brightstar CEO Vince Sadusky.
IGT announced that gaming executive Patrick Ramsey will join the board of Voyager TopCo GP, the parent of IGT and Everi, subject to required regulatory approvals. Ramsey previously led Multimedia Games as chief executive and serves on Grupo Codere's board and Arrow International's Operating Council.
