Hyperliquid plans permissionless deployment for prediction markets

Regulation

Hyperliquid said it plans to let users deploy HIP-4 prediction markets using validator-approved templates, initially on testnet before a later mainnet rollout. The proposed staking and settlement conditions would shape how users create and operate markets on Hyperliquid.
