High Roller launches ROLR prediction markets platform in US

High Roller Technologies has launched its ROLR prediction markets platform across the United States, the company said. The launch follows an invitation-only beta that began in mid-September. Eligible US customers can access event-based contracts offered by Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA).

Seth Young, CEO of High Roller Technologies, said the full commercial launch is a milestone for the company and the start of the next phase of its growth. He said the company aims to make prediction markets accessible through an intuitive customer experience, and that its experience operating real-money consumer platforms provides a foundation for the business.

The commercial launch is supported by marketing and distribution relationships the company previously announced with Lines.com, Forever Network and Leverage Game Media. Young said the launch is the starting point for building customer relationships and growing the platform, and that the company is supporting it with a marketing plan intended to introduce ROLR to relevant audiences and convert interest into active participation. He said the company's priorities are to improve the product and execute a customer-acquisition strategy as it begins generating prediction markets revenue.

Beyond ROLR, the company runs the online casino brands High Roller and Fruta. High Roller Technologies Inc. (NYSEAMERICAN: ROLR) ended Thursday's New York session down 4.17 per cent at $5.06 per share, and the stock then dropped an additional 12.25 per cent to $4.44 per share before the market opened.
