Gran Pucón denies Enjoy involvement in sole Pucón casino bid
Andrés Raggio said Enjoy has no ownership stake in the company behind the sole bid to operate the Pucón casino in Chile. He said he controls Inversiones Gran Pucón, which controls Casino Volcán Pucón, while investors led by Nicholas Davis provide financial backing without an ownership or management role in the casino. The Superintendencia de Casinos de Juego will review the bid’s corporate and financial information before deciding on the award.
The ownership and financing details will be relevant to the regulator’s review of the casino concession bid.
