GRAI and Spillemyndigheden agree cross-border gambling oversight cooperation
Ireland’s Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRAI) signed a memorandum of understanding with Denmark’s Spillemyndigheden to cooperate on online gambling oversight. The authorities intend to share information, coordinate supervision and work together on enforcement involving businesses operating in both countries.
The agreement creates channels for the two regulators to coordinate oversight of gambling businesses active in both markets.
