Gibraltar reviews ADI Predictstreet after $108m linked-wallet trades
Blockchain analysis reported by The Wall Street Journal found that about $108m of the $167m traded on FIFA prediction market partner ADI Predictstreet through late September came from wallets apparently tied to the company. Gibraltar's gambling commissioner, Andrew Lyman, said a preliminary review found no breach of self-trading rules and no consumer harm. The findings do not prove deliberate manipulation, the report said.
The review tests whether Gibraltar's self-trading rules can address linked-wallet activity on prediction markets tied to major sporting events.
