GAMING1 plans to acquire 100% of Pac-Man NV, the parent company of Belgian operator Carousel, according to the report. The report says the acquisition is intended to expand GAMING1’s online presence; it does not state whether the deal has completed.

Fennica Gaming has launched its games in Italy with Brightstar Lottery, in Ontario with Betty Gaming and in the Netherlands with Gaming1’s Circus.nl, the company said. The Italian launch covers its eInstant portfolio, while the Ontario deployment is its first in that market; Fennica said it had previously received a B2B licence there.
