Games Valley appointed Robert Dowling as advisory chief strategy officer, the company said. Dowling will advise on its commercial and growth strategy, including expansion into newly regulated markets and relationships with operators and studios.

Games Valley appointed Ariel Reem as chief executive as it prepares a rebrand and expansion into additional regulated gambling markets, the company said. Reem will oversee the planned changes and the company’s market-entry and platform-development work.
Games Valley has partnered with Wicked Games to distribute the studio’s slot portfolio to operator partners, the companies said. The integration includes titles such as Transformers and Jack and Fawkes; Wicked Games’ promotional tools are also part of its offering.
EveryMatrix launched a Lottery division on 23 June 2026 to develop products for the global lottery sector, the company said. The unit will work on products including numbers games, pool sports and eInstants. Nikolina Gabelica, previously EveryMatrix’s Head of Lottery, became its managing director.
EveryMatrix has appointed Jonas Groes as co-CEO alongside Ebbe Groes, the company’s interview said. Ebbe Groes said the appointment would give him more time for strategy as the supplier pursues its ambition to become a top-three global turnkey platform technology supplier by 2030.
EveryMatrix appointed Matias Montero as managing director for Latin America and said it is establishing a regional hub. Based in Buenos Aires, Montero will report to group commercial director Daniel Clark and lead the supplier’s regional growth efforts.
