Gambler sues DraftKings over limit-increase waiting rules in seven states

Regulation

Michael Koester filed a proposed class action against DraftKings over alleged failures to apply mandatory waiting periods when customers increased betting limits in seven US states. The complaint says Koester raised his limits several times in 2022; DraftKings argues the restrictions can be bypassed only after they expire.
