Finnish MP questions regulator readiness ahead of 2027 gambling market opening
Finnish MP Sinuhe Wallinheimo questioned whether the new supervisory authority would be ready when the liberalised gambling market opens on 1 July 2027. He said the authority was still being established and hiring, while B2C licence applications remain open and the B2B supplier licensing window is due to open on that date.
