FanDuel and DraftKings leave AGA amid prediction-market shift
FanDuel and DraftKings have relinquished their American Gaming Association memberships as their businesses move towards prediction markets, the companies and the AGA said. The AGA said the departures took effect immediately; both companies said their plans no longer aligned with the association’s priorities in some areas.
The departures mark a break between two major sportsbook operators and the industry association over prediction markets.
